WTC FUNERAL CELEBRATION OF LIFE - posted 8/27/2025

The Department announces the following arrangements for Captain Thomas P. Tracy, MAR-1, who succumbed to his WTC-related illness on Saturday July 19, 2025.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held in Captain Tracy’s honor on Saturday September 13, 2025, at Downey’s Bar & Grill, 5790 Mosholu Ave., Bronx, NY from 1300-1600 hours.
