By now, all Chief and Company Officers are well aware of the Department’s rush to judgment and in the process has unfairly tarnished the reputation of three experienced and dedicated Commanders.  The Department has acted without allowing our members due process.

The UFOA Executive Board wants all members to know that this union is in the process of gathering the facts in order to notify the citizens of this great city who the real culprits are.

President Jack McDonnell will be interviewed by Marsha Kramer on Channel 2 News this evening.  He will also be interviewed tonight by Sandra Endo on Inside City Hall on Channel 1 at 7:30 PM.

This is the beginning phase of this union’s commitment to clear the names of our members.  All Officers involved in this investigation are receiving UFOA legal assistance and will also have the benefit of all the resources this union has to offer.
